About TXPC
TXPC hosts an annual conference for pastors and related ministry content (including audio from past gatherings). Information on the Site is provided for general informational and ministry purposes.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:
- Infringe the rights of others or restrict anyone else’s use of the Site
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Introduce malware or otherwise disrupt the Site
- Scrape, harvest, or misuse contact forms or mailing-list features
Conference registration
When registration is open, tickets are typically sold through Ticket Spice or another third-party ticketing provider. Clicking “Register” (or similar) takes you to that provider’s site. Ticket purchases, refunds, transfers, and attendee data are governed by the ticketing provider’s terms and privacy policy, and by any event-specific policies we publish (including refund deadlines). TXPC is not responsible for the ticketing provider’s systems or outages.

Past talks and related media on this Site (or linked from it, including Spotify) are provided for personal, non-commercial listening unless we state otherwise. You may download files where a download option is offered for personal use. You may not redistribute, sell, or publicly rebroadcast TXPC audio without prior written permission.
Email list and communications
If you subscribe to our email list, you consent to receive conference-related messages. You may unsubscribe at any time. Our handling of subscriber information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party links and merch
The Site may link to third-party services such as Spotify, X (Twitter), Mailchimp, Ticket Spice, Bonfire, or sponsor websites. Those sites are not controlled by TXPC. The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TXPC and Trinity River Baptist Church will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or attendance decisions based on Site content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Event changes
Conference dates, venues, speakers, schedules, and offerings may change. We will try to communicate material changes through the Site and/or email list, but we are not liable for inconvenience or costs arising from such changes beyond any refund policy then in effect.
