Can we do a tour of SWBTS while we're there?

Yes! Southwestern has setup a sign-up page to do a campus tour and will even include a stay at the on-campus hotel. You can use this link to register ahead of time (those who want lodging will need to do this), but we will also welcome anyone who wants to tag along even if they did not register. For those who need lodging, the sign-up form has a place to select this option and whether they would like to stay Sunday night (5/17) or Monday night (5/18).

Where do I go for registration?

We are located in the Truett Auditorium of Southwestern Theological Baptist Seminary. Please find public parking, then come to the rotunda for check-in!

Can I cancel my registration?

Yes, we'll accept cancellations with a full refund through April 21, 2026. After April 21st, there will be no refunds available. For cancellation requests, please email us at info@txpc.org.

Are there other food options for lunch?

No, the only food included in your registration fee is a Chic-Fil-A chicken sandwich.

Is there a gluten free option?

Yes, we can buy gluten free meals from Chic-Fil-A, please indicate you want gluten free on your ticket.

Will there be any drinks or coffee available?

We plan to have both coffee and water available throughout the conference.

Is there parking available on campus?

Yes! We recommend parking is lots 13 or 24 during the conference. Those lots are free to park in during the day. Please be sure not to park in lots 4 & 6, as those are residential parking lots.
